Description
Look at the dates for previous milestones (like mails to developers@) for the past few years and write them down here, then develop a better schedule for this year's summit. Some key dates I can think of:
- budget proposal due to FF
- CFP to developers@ and vendors@
- CFPs due
- schedule set and WGs announced
- guest invites
- registration open
- registration closes
