Look at the dates for previous milestones (like mails to developers@) for the past few years and write them down here, then develop a better schedule for this year's summit. Some key dates I can think of:

  • budget proposal due to FF
  • CFP to developers@ and vendors@
  • CFPs due
  • schedule set and WGs announced
  • guest invites
  • registration open
  • registration closes
  • start of actual summit
