Description

Colin (Tarsnap) has already agreed to sponsor these again this year.

Need to finalize the order using last year's feedback though and order at least a month in advance.

Colin's notes on the order:

Suggested order for next year: The number of devsummit participants times
3.2% S + 24.5% M + 43.0% L + 18.3% XL + 8.3% XXL + 2.7% XXXL. Applied to
the past two years that would have resulted in having more of each of the
sizes which ran out while still having 1-3 of each of the sizes of which
we had surplus.
